Animations – StoryCorps. Valet i USA - Färdig lyssningsövning för lärare i engelska. Introduktion Ibland har jag lyssningsövningar som går ut på att eleverna får titta på ett videoklipp eller lyssna på en text samtidigt som de har texten nedskriven framför sig.
Texten innehåller dock luckor och meningen är att eleven ska fylla i korrekt ord i luckorna. Jag brukar göra två versioner av manus - ett med lite färre och ett med lite fler luckor. Det är en bra övning eftersom elever som inte har bra ordkunskap och textuppfattning ofta uppfattar talad engelska som en enda ljudgröt där de inte kan höra början och slut på olika ord och därför får svårt att förstå det de hör. Övningen tränar örat att särskilja ord och fraser från ljudbilden. Nedan får ni videoklipp, upplägg med instruktioner samt de dokument som behövs för att genomföra övningen.
