Hi all I am looking for some advice concerning my potential next lens purchase. I recently took my d90 to a few motorsport events and really enjoyed getting images at these events, I found walking around the paddock suited my 35 and 85mm primes giving great image quality, but out on the track I feel that I need something with a little more flexibility in a few areas. I currently have the Sigma 70-300 APO DG lens, bought nice and cheap through ebay second hand in very good condition, although I have got some nice shots with it, I find the main problem I have is when shooting at long focal lengths I have trouble getting really crisp results, I think the camera/lens combination is quite light in weight (too light for me) and perhaps I would be better seeking something a little heavier?
