Soaring demand for shares in Big Hit has given it a market valuation of £3.2bn ($4.1bn), with shares priced at the top of the expected price range. Big Hit boss Bang Si-hyuk, who owns 43% of the management label, will become a billionaire. In August, he gave each BTS member 68,385 shares, worth £6.2m in total. Currently priced at between 105,000-135,000 won (£70.03-£88.70) per share, Big Hit expects to raise about £638.3m with the sale of 7.13 million new shares when it is listed on Korea's Stock Exchange, the KOSPI, on 15 October.

He started the band with his brother Robert "Kool" Bell in 1964. They became one of the era's most popular and influential soul and funk bands, with hits including Celebration, Ladies' Night and Get Down On It. Their music also featured in several films including Saturday Night Fever, for which they received a Grammy in 1978, and Pulp Fiction. Bell died at his home in the US Virgin Islands with his wife by his side, his publicist said.
The cause of death was not given. A self-taught saxophonist and singer, he founded the group in New Jersey with Robert and five schoolfriends - Dennis Thomas, Robert Mickens, Charles Smith, George Brown and Ricky West. The song, which blends trap beats with banjos and lyrics about "ridin' on a tractor", is currently the third-most streamed song on US Spotify. But Billboard has argued its inclusion on the country chart was a mistake. The company, which compiles the US charts, did not publicise the change but told Rolling Stone the song was removed after a "review" of its musical merits.
"While Old Town Road incorporates references to country and cowboy imagery, it does not embrace enough elements of today's country music to chart in its current version," it said in a statement.
