Différence entre une CNC amateur et professionnelle Pas mal de monde ne connâit pas la différence entre une CN professionnelle et une CN amateur, pourquoi dépenser beaucoup pour un système professionnel lorsque on peut faire autant avec un logiciel bon marché et un peu d'électronique…..Voici deux fois le même schéma mais le premier avec un système amateur et le deuxième avec le plus du professionnel.
Système amateur Dans le système amateur, tout est géré par l'électronique du driver de puissance. A aucun moment le logiciel ne connait avec exactitude où est l'outil, disons que le logiciel " ESPERE " que tout se passe bien ! Si quelque chose cloche, l'électronique envoie un signal d'erreur générique au logiciel qui arrête l'usinage et basta.....Impossible de gérer exactement les interpolations car le logiciel ne connait pas les décélérations/accélérations et les positions réelles.
