Skinny Baked Mozzarella Sticks Part-skim mozzarella sticks coated with crispy seasoned breadcrumbs and baked until hot and golden. Serve them with my quick marinara sauce and you have yourself an appetizer everyone will love. Hot mozzarella sticks, I can't think of a more popular finger food with both kids and adults alike! I mean, what's not to like? Baking them as opposed to frying and using part skim cheese doesn't effect how good these are. The cheese still melts, see for yourself!

Cake Batter Pancakes I’m fairly convinced that the world would be a better place if more sprinkles were involved. I know. I just made pancakes. It seems I have an unnatural obsession with cake batter. Well I do. Panko Mozzarella Sticks! I first discovered panko bread crumbs back in 1999. Please don’t ask me how I know that; I just do. I remember vividly reading a recipe that contained panko bread crumbs, and I remember vividly that I was nursing my second baby, and I remember vividly that I was hormonal and desperate, and the next thing I knew I was ordering panko bread crumbs from some market in Chelsea that the magazine recommended. On the phone, of course, because although I had a computer at the time, I certainly wouldn’t have been cool enough to use it to order panko bread crumbs. Plus, I was nursing.

Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe: Crockpot Pulled Pork Cheap BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe Can Feed a Crowd One of the best ways to save money on food is cooking at home using recipes that utilize an inexpensive cut of meat. The problem is that many people think cheap cuts of meat equals tough, or otherwise poor quality meat. This is not always the case. In fact, some of the cheapest cuts of meat produce the best tasting dishes you’ve probably ever had.

Brazilian Lemonade This is my most favorite drink. Ever. Maybe I’d feel differently if I drank (as in alcohol), but there is nothing I love more than a warm, breezy afternoon and a pitcher of Brazilian lemonade. I didn’t try it for a long, long time because I was very put off by putting sweetened condensed milk in with citrus fruit. Homemade Nutella Recipe If you ask me, Nutella should be considered one of the four main food groups. This chocolate-hazelnut spread has it all: healthy fat and protein from nuts, heart-healthy antioxidants from the dark chocolate, a touch of sweetness to fulfill that…um…sugar requirement…okay, so it’s not quite ready for a starring role on the food pyramid. Who cares, when it tastes so good? The problem with traditional Nutella–in addition to its addicting flavor–is that it’s loaded with modified palm oil. If you’re like me, and you want your guilty pleasures to come with a little less guilt, you’ll be thrilled to know that you can make homemade Nutella with just four ingredients and about 15 minutes! Stock up on hazelnuts and be prepared to have Nutella at every meal, because things are about to get intense…

Creamy Blue Cheese Habanero Penne Of all the hot things I've made this week, this was the best by far. In fact, I'd be willing to say that this was the best thing I've ever eaten that was this intensely spicy. The cream in this recipe really helps to take the edge off the peppers and really brings out that unique habanero flavor. Upside Down Deep Dish Pizza Casserole This recipe for Upside Down Deep Dish Pizza is really a casserole, but it sure fills the bill when you're in the mood for pizza, but lacking the time. Of course, homemade pizza from scratch, is always the way to go - and there's nothing that can really match it. But, let's face it.
