Pourquoi et comment construire un portfolio numérique ? Avant le portfolio numérique Il y a déjà 10 ans, nous avons essayé de mettre en place le portfolio papier dans les classes. À cette époque, j’enseignais au 1er cycle du secondaire et plusieurs idées nous arrivaient du primaire par l’intermédiaire du renouveau pédagogique. Plusieurs écoles du primaire avaient mis en place le concept du portfolio ce qui permettait de suivre l’évolution d’un élève. Même des psychologues comme Georgette Goupil vantaient les mérites de cet outil: « le portfolio d’apprenant se définit comme une collection des réalisations de l’étudiant qui démontrent ses efforts, ses progrès et ses apprentissages et qui prennent forme dans le temps ». Plusieurs enseignants publiaient de l’information sur le sujet. Le portfolio est un outil dynamique qui permet de suivre l’évolution de la progression d’un étudiant dans ses apprentissages.
