THM ~S~ Breakfast Pizza!!!!! I found the most amazing gluten free pizza crust recipe the other day. I had to tweak it a little because I didn't have a couple of the ingredients that it called for. But in the end I was so impressed with this pizza dough recipe that I HAD to share my most recent fave!!! The fist day I made it I made cheesy breadsticks. Today I made mini breakfast pizzas and they were to die for!!!! I would add a link to all of the recipes I had found that we're similar but I'm not going to bother for a couple reasons. So here are step by step directions for the best THM breakfast pizzas you will EVERR eat!!! To make the dough you will need: 1-1/2 c. 3/4 c. 1 egg 2 Tbsp. Next you will want to add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. For one large pizza you would roll the dough out at this point between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper. To make the mini breakfast pizzas, I used a whoopie pie pan, and pressed dough into all 12 spaces. I also baked these at 425* for 10 minutes.
Chickpea meatballs It looks like my smoothies yesterday did the trick. The day turned out to be a beautiful sunny one. Of course I was crazy stressed at work and couldn’t enjoy my normal lunch walk. By the time I got home all I wanted to do was walk my dog, eat some dinner and spend some time alone… with my husband by my side. If I were to give a young woman advice it would be to marry someone you want around when you just want to be alone. Luckily I also had some food pre-prepped and ready to go. I modified my recipe from this recipe found on the Hipster Food tumblr. One of the great things about vegan food is that testing raw food for seasoning levels is ok. Homemade Hair Treatments - At Home DIY Hair Treatments Eggs, yogurt and honey are, at first glance, all components of a tasty breakfast—but they also happen to be hair treatment ingredients, and affordable, all-natural ones at that. And they're not the only ones. Did you know, for instance, that the oils in avocados more closely resemble our own skin's oils than any product in the beauty aisle does? For All Hair Types "The [raw] egg is really the best of all worlds," says Janice Cox, author of Natural Beauty at Home. To Use: For normal hair, use the entire egg to condition hair; use egg whites only to treat oily hair; use egg yolks only to moisturize dry, brittle hair, Cox says. Photo by Shutterstock. For Dull Hair Styling products (as well as air pollution) can leave a film that both saps moisture and dulls shine—but dairy products like sour cream and plain yogurt can help reverse this damage. To Use: Massage 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt into damp hair and let sit for 20 minutes. For Itchy Scalp For Limp or Fine Hair For Frizzy Hair
Peanut Butter Chocolate Lava Cake For One By Lauren Zembron, on April 3rd, 2011 These photos are probably incentive enough for you to make this single-serving lava cake… but I have just a few things to write about it. However, I won’t hold it against you if you scroll straight down to the recipe so you can make it rightthissecond. I probably would. First off: peanut flour. Have you tried it? Anyway, if you have reserves I highly recommend dipping into your stash to make this cake. Secondly: even without eggs, oil, or butter, this cake manages to emerge from the oven perfectly moist and spongy on the outside with that gooey chocolatey center that makes lava cake so incredibly enticing. Thirdly: not much rivals the first forkful of cake that reveals a cascade of pudding-like batter laced with melted peanut butter. Clearly, this is not a dessert to share. In case there was any doubt, this plate was licked clean. Peanut Butter Chocolate Lava Cake For One Printer-Friendly Recipe inspired by Life and Running In Iowa Ingredients: Directions:

Homemade Nutella There’s something so wonderfully addictive about Nutella. I’m not sure what it is, really, maybe the aroma of the hazelnuts mixed with the soft texture of the chocolate, and the knowledge that you can spread it on your favorite foods and call it breakfast the way the Europeans do. Clearly, the Europeans are very intelligent when it comes to breakfast. When I saw this recipe for homemade Nutella from Elana’s Pantry, I loved the simplicity of the ingredients that she used. She uses agave instead of refined sugar, simple unsweetened cocoa powder and protein rich nuts. You begin by laying the hazelnuts out on a sheet tray or roasting pan and roasting them in the oven for 8-10 minutes. When they are ready they will be slightly darker and their skins will crack. This is good because you now will need to rub the skins off with a paper towel. Then transfer the nuts to a food processor … And blend away. This is what it looks like when it is halfway there. Now you add the cocoa … The vanilla …

French Toast in a Bowl {Low-carb, Sugar-free, THM:S} The other night I made regular ol’ French toast for my dad, sister, and brother (who like “normal” food) and got a hankering for some myself. So I threw a little of this and a pinch of that into a bowl and microwaved it to make “bread”, then battered it and fried it. Then I topped it with Truvia (instead of powdered sugar), peanut butter, and sugar-free syrup, and it was A-MAZ-ING. Like, I was shocked at how good it was. Then I thought, “What if I could do a really quick, easy version of this that does not involve frying?” So I did, and it tastes basically the same. The “bread” part itself is not sweet. I’ve started using oat fiber more often lately because it more closely mimics white flour than say almond or flax flours do, and I think it gives the French bread flair to this recipe. French Toast in a Bowl Low-carb, sugar-free, THM:S Ingredients 1 egg 3 T oat fiber 1 T ground golden flax ½ tsp. baking powder ¼ cup water 1 T butter, softened - ¾ tsp. Creamiest Tomato Soup With Cashews The following is a guest article written by Alix Radford, of CuteandDelicious.com. When the weather gets cold, I love a rich, creamy bowl of soup. Who doesn’t? It’s the best. My favorite is tomato soup, but I have to admit, I’m a little picky about it. I like my tomato soup thick and creamy. I finally decided to try and make my own tomato soup; it seemed only logical. The key to making it so rich and creamy was cashews. I most definitely had seconds (and thirds). Creamy Tomato Soup 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup vegetable broth 2 Tbsp. In a food processor, blend together your cashews and vegetable broth until smooth. It will be fairly thick, so if you like a less robust soup, add more vegetable broth.
