La solicitud del Gerente de Marketing y Ventas era que se tratara de un taller de Teambuilding indoor donde se abordaran temas como colaboración, innovación, creatividad y trabajo en equipo, que no tomara mucho tiempo y con el menor presupuesto posible... Entonces me acordé del Marshmallow Challenge (desafío del marshmallow), un taller diseñado hace algunos años por Peter Skillman, ex Vicepresidente de Diseño de la extinta empresa Palm Inc. Y la verdad es que la elección fue un acierto. Este taller se ha hecho en más de 900 empresas, colegios y universidades alrededor del mundo, en que han participado más de 40.000 personas de todos los niveles, desde niños de Kinder hasta CEO's de las más importantes empresas y los resultados son más o menos los mismos en todos los casos.
