Buffalo Chicken Bites
One of my favorite guilty pleasures is buffalo wings, especially dipped in blue cheese dressing. There's something about the buffalo chicken and blue cheese combo that really appeals to me and I had a craving for it lately. When I came across a recipe for ham and cheese stuffed pretzel bites, I figured I could substitute it with chicken and blue cheese. That's when I decided to make these Buffalo Chicken Bites... yum! These are such an awesome snack, which could be a meal in itself if you have enough of them. It's not hard since they are addictively delicious!
Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza
In Chicago...eating pizza is a dining experience, not just a snack as in most places. But it wasn't always that way. Ike Seawell changed things back in 1943 when he created deep dish pizza.

Better Than Takeout Orange Chicken - StumbleUpon
Yesterday as I stood in the kitchen trying to figure out what to make for dinner I wondered to myself, how do those people do it on those shows where they are given random ingredients and are suppose come up with something genius. I think I stood there for a solid 20 minutes looking in the cupboards and staring into the freezer hoping that I would be struck by some ingenious idea. Then I saw the oranges, and it hit me “O-raang Shh-ikun”….that is orange chicken if you can’t understand the accent. I love orange chicken, and I almost always order # 14 Orange Chicken when we order Chinese take out and I wondered to myself if I could make it better at home.
Dinner Tonight: Garlic Shrimp with Basil, Tomatoes, and Pepper Flakes
[Photo: Blake Royer] I'm not sure I'll ever quite tire of the magical combination of garlic and chile—when a recipe begins with a little olive oil and garlic and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, I know we're off to a good start. I'm even more inclined when the involved recipe requires about 10 minutes of cooking and hardly any chopping to boot. I pulled this one from So Easy by Ellie Kreiger, which is full of health-conscious recipes that pack a lot of flavor. Healthy it might have been, but more importantly, delicious.

Spaghetti with Spinach Pesto and Turkey Meatballs - StumbleUpon
Whew…that was a stressful weekend…who would have thought a simple update would turn into a nightmare. There we were on Friday night updating our site, when all of a sudden it disappeared! gone…vanished… it was awful … We had wiped out our whole blog, no more recipes, no more comments, no more statistics… nothing. After moments of shock, yelling, screaming, and a few tears we calmed down and found our most recent backup. On Sunday night, after a few struggles, a little more yelling and help from tech support, we got the backup uploaded, we finally had our site back … Crisis averted.
