TIOBE Software: Tiobe Index TIOBE Index for January 2016 January Headline: Java is TIOBE's Programming Language of 2015! Java has won the TIOBE Index programming language award of the year. Running deep dream on Windows and OSX A few days ago, Google released a Python Notebook to let you play with some of their very recent work on visualisation with neural networks. Despite being designed to rely on as few dependancies as possible, a recurring complaint I saw is that it's so difficult for non-programmers to set up and start playing with. If that sounds like you, then you're in luck! I've built and packaged a complete virtual environment, with all dependancies included & ready to go. We can do the entire thing from scratch in a few lines at the terminal (after chewing through a few GB of bandwidth).
iLife: Download link for the app that allows to convert a 2D face picture into a working 3D Model Recently , i received so many emails regarding the error while trying to download the free application that turns 2D face pictures into a 3D model. So, considering all those requests, i am posting a direct link to the main copy of that application. This copy is 100% checked for any kind of viruses or malware since its my own copy that i got protected from ages. Please follow this link below to get yourself a free & full version of this application. if you still not sure about how to use this application, check out this quick tutorial again.
Cody & Roby Cody & Roby is the name of a new series of DIY games that provide the easiest way to start playing with coding and robotics at any age, without computers, tablets or smartphones. Download your DIY starter kit! Roby is a robot who executes instructions, Cody is a coder who provides instructions. At the beginning there are only three instructions: move forward, turn left, and turn right. enactivecinema publicity (selection) Enactive Cinema Obsession installations • Obsession – Enactive Cinema Installation in the South Carelia Art Museum, Lappeenranta, Finland (April 15 – May 31, 2009) • Obsession – Enactive Cinema Installation. PYPL PopularitY of Programming Language index The TIOBE Index is a lagging indicator. It counts the number of web pages with the language name. has over 20 million pages on the web, [s] while has only 11 million. [s] This explains why Objective-C has a high TIOBE ranking. But who is reading those Objective-C web pages ? Hardly anyone, according to Google Trends data. is searched 30 times less than . [s] In fact, the use of by the TIOBE index is misleading (see next question).
fibonaccisusan “How does an artist take inspiration from a Mathematical concept and transform it into a work of art?” This is a question people have asked me many times. Each artist follows her own path, but translating the aesthetic elements of a mathematical topic into the visual realm of Art is my personal journey. I will discuss the process I developed to to create my most recent series of drawings, which I refer to as “Fibonacci Circle Curves”. I will map the artistic process from my selecting a Mathematical theme, through the many steps it takes to complete a drawing. This is a process that took 18 months to develop. Memory Game Get SourceView Demo Memory Game Memory game is a game built for fun, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The objective of Memory is to flip and match all the turned-down cards in as few moves as possible. The game itself built entirely with JavaScript, so you can just drop it into your site / app into any element you like. The making of this game was inspired by this pen, but I went about it using plain JS, and making 3 different levels.
Sample Projects - App Inventor for Android with Studio-Based Learning These are some of the projects that my students created using App Inventor for Android within a Studio-Based Learning environment. All of these were created at Ball State University in Fall 2009, as part of the experimental CS116 section. These students collaborated on the course site that explains these projects and others in the students own words. Neuroscape lab The glass brain is a Unity3D brain visualization that displays source activity and connectivity, inferred in real-time from high-density EEG using methods implemented in SIFT and BCILAB. This is an anatomically-realistic 3D brain visualization depicting real-time source-localized activity (power and “effective” connectivity) from EEG (electroencephalographic) signals. Each color represents source power and connectivity in a different frequency band (theta, alpha, beta, gamma) and the golden lines are white matter anatomical fiber tracts. Estimated information transfer between brain regions is visualized as pulses of light flowing along the fiber tracts connecting the regions. The final visualization is done in Unity3D and allows the user to fly around and through the brain with a gamepad while seeing real-time live brain activity from someone wearing an EEG cap.
TIOBE - The Software Quality Company TIOBE Index for February 2017 February Headline: Educational language Scratch enters TIOBE index top 20 The Scratch programming language from MIT Media Lab has entered the TIOBE index top 20. Scratch is a language to learn programming. It is especially used at schools and is now getting really popular.
Yes, it's awesome! I'm learning it very slowly as I have time and have some ideas I'm really jazzed about trying out. by dave3283 May 10
Yeah, I am doing JavaCV, CCV and NyARToolKit actually, as a part of my job. Processing is great, but now I am mostly moved to JMonkeyEngine3, and also ported the NyARToolKit to work with the latest engine version. While processing lacks much in 3D realm (maybe the new 2.0 version will take care of that), I still use Processing for sketching, prototyping and 2D graphics. It is perfect for 2D. by noncom Jun 6
