All of our data journalism in one spreadsheet Data journalism and visualisation from the Guardian Illustration: Lisa Villani for the Guardian Today we have a list of all the data journalism produced here on the Guardian datablog. You can see what's been popular and get easy access to the data we have curated as this list shows each datablog post's associated spreadsheets, authors, the number of comments and retweets. By sorting the blog posts by the number of retweets, we can see that Iraq War Logs formed the base of our most retweeted post, followed by a recent post from David McCandless on fish stocks. Sorting by comments shows that the Fukushima nuclear power plant updates were the subject of the greatest discussion, closely followed by Every Doctor Who villain since 1963.

Women’s Web Clout Gives Companies Targeting Them Faster Growth Women, who spend more time online than men, are such powerful drivers of Internet shopping and other commerce on the Web that their loyalty is crucial to consumer company profits, according to a new report. While they make up 51 percent of the population in the U.S., women control or influence 85 percent of all buying decisions, giving them clout as business moves increasingly into the virtual world, analysts with New York-based Needham & Co. said in the report. They spend about 10 percent more time on the Web than men and make 58 percent of all online purchases, a number that is poised to grow. “Women are responsible for the primary trends on the Internet right now,” Laura Martin, managing director and senior analyst of the investment banking firm, said in a telephone interview from her office in Pasadena, California.

The Fortune 500 and Breaking Business News - Fortune on CNNMoney.com Companies are ranked by total revenues for their respective fiscal years. Included in the survey are companies that are incorporated in the U.S. and operate in the U.S. and file financial statements with a government agency. Lean Communications Be ready to fail - quickly. That's part of the new mindset advertisers are borrowing from Silicon Valley in order to be more agile in a consumer-driven culture. Abandoning "launch and leave it" attitudes - where only fully functional and uber-researched campaigns will do - means better adapting to consumers' feedback. Establish core values at the start of a project, and adopt a fluid process and flat agency structure to create communications that are more flexible, integrated, and efficient, while remaining authentic.
