In a statement, the Culp for Governor campaign said: “Secretary Wyman either willfully or negligently allowed ballots to be placed in the hands of the dead, those who had moved out of state, non-US citizens, convicted felons, and failed to take steps to prevent people from receiving duplicate ballots.”
