The Mass Effect Is Not What You Thought While humans and aliens and robots mobilize to stop a race of ancient machines from wiping out all life in the galaxy, fans on the internet are also mobilizing in collective outrage over the ending of Mass Effect 3. They have scoured the game’s two discs for data that might reveal Commander Shepard’s true fate, which likely involves sun at the beach and sex in the shade with the lover of their choice after saving the galaxy for the third time. They have written screeds about developer BioWare’s disregard for the respect they have paid Commander Shepard by making hundreds of meaningful decisions in past games and building this hero in their own image. They were the ones who decided to save or exterminate an entire species, to sleep with the alien or the human or both, to use the sniper rifle or the shotgun, to open a door or leave it shut. They were Shepard’s waking consciousness and this has been their story. It follows that they should be able to choose the ending.

Custom Robo (Nintendo GameCube) In this title of the Custom Robo series, each player is called a "commander", who pilots and customizes a miniature "robo" to battle each other in a virtual arena called a Holosseum; the average robo is 32 centimeters tall. The first half of the story takes place in "A New Journey" mode. After the story mode is completed, the player may choose to go through the story again or enter a series of tournaments called "The Grand Battle". The main objective of the entire game is to engage in battle with other robos, and finish its plot by collecting every custom robo, battle part, and item that the player wants, while winning every battle that moves you from one part of the storyline to the next. In Custom Robo battles, the objective is to reduce your opponent's hit points from 1000 to 0 by using different custom robos and their dash attacks, guns, bombs, and pods. Robos fight on a Holosseum, a battle arena designed for custom robos.

How to draw a head: master the 8 most common angles Learning how to draw a head is no easy feat. But as a story artist – or any aspiring artist – you should be able to draw characters from any angle, so mastering this skill is vital. While there are an almost infinite number of angles to choose from, there are some that come up regularly in the visual storytelling process. This short lesson will cover what these angles are, and break down how to draw a head from those angles – so grab your best pencils and follow along. The head is an incredibly complex structure. I’m not smart enough to process all that complexity at the same time, so I try to break it down into a couple simple shapes, which, for heads, is (1) a sphere for the cranium, and (2) a pyramid for the nose.
