Their characteristics include the appearance of fantastic elements in the form of talking animals, magic, witches and giants, knights and heroes. It wasn't until the 17th century that fairy tales in Europe were written down and preserved for future generations. The first to do research on fairy tales was the indologist Theodor Benfey during the 19th century. Every evening around teatime, I have the joy of my son playing this game on the xbox with three of his friends from school. Now they don’t come round to play but meet up in a game world from the comfort of their own homes.
