Saturday was a rough day. Long story, but we have been having problems with our hosting company so we decided to switch to a new company. Well, the transition didn’t go too smoothly. We spent the majority of the weekend on the phone trying to figure things out.
The microhydro plant
My little paradise has a stream that provides enough water flow and head to run a small turbine, to provide electricity to my home. While writing this, the microhydro plant is being implemented, and here are some photos of the process. Since I usually like to start at the end, the first thing I built is the controller:

Preparation: Preheat oven to 375°F. Liberally spray six (6-ounce) ramekins with nonstick spray. In a small saucepan over low heat melt the bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolates and butter, stirring often to prevent burning. Remove from heat and cool.

How do you make bread even better? You stuff it with pepperoni and cheese. Then, you bake it in a bundt pan that allows you to pull off little chunks and dip them in pizza sauce. This is the perfect thing to bring to a party (and I did, where it disappeared quickly!) or to eat during a football game.
