There’s nothing I’d like to see more than the queues back at the lunchtime cafes but, in the meantime, here are three recipes that can be ready in less time than it used to take to get to the front of those queues. I always over-commit to work projects when the holidays start and then kind of neglect my personal wellness in the process. Maybe this is sounding familiar to some of you? Ajoutez l'oignon et le sucre. Faites sauter et dorer les oignons pendant 5-7 minutes.Si les oignons accrochent au fond de la casserole, ajoutez un peu d'eau. Ajoutez l'ail et faites revenir encore 2 minutes. Recette couscous de boulettes de poisson. Lavez et essuyez les tomates et les courgettes.
Otez les extrémités des courgettes, puis détaillez-les en cubes, ainsi que les tomates. Pelez et râpez le gingembre.
