Google + Anyone who is thinking of moving to an English speaking country will clearly be anxious to learn the language, so they can integrate themselves easily. Learning English as a second language opens many doors for people and provides them with a variety of options they might have otherwise gone without. ELS persons will be able to converse freely with people they meet, making getting settled in a new home much easier. People also want to have an understanding of English for work purposes, as an internationally accepted language and the language of business, the English language is imperative to the success and advancement in many industries and workplaces. In order to learn English with no existing knowledge base, a person will need to know their options in terms of programs and school that will work best for their learning style.

I like to consider myself a creative person and I’m always designing and devising activities to step away from the course book with the aim of sparking students ‘interest. Unfortunately, I’m not always in that mood. No problem :)Luckily, there are plenty of websites offering free resources that can really save the day. These are my favourite go-to sites when I am feeling kind of lazy or uninspired, but still want to shine in class.
Helping Students Become Better Online Researchers
Your students are probably Internet authorities. When it comes to Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, they might know far more than you. All of that time spent tweeting and chatting doesn’t necessarily translate to deep learning though. As students progress through school, online research skills become more important — for good reason. Both college professors and employers will expect young people to know their way around the academic side of the Internet; a skill that for many students, needs to be taught.
A Primer on Curriculum-Sharing Sites
When I was teaching, the single greatest way for me to prepare was to have conversations with my colleagues who had taught the concepts before. For one, this helped all of us develop a common discourse, which was inevitably clearer once we were working through our thoughts in trying to explain ideas to each other. Second, chatting informally helped me to develop a conversational tone, and to speak extemporaneously with the class, which ultimately helped to convey my passion for the subject matter, which is what brought my colleagues and I together in the first place. In addition, the most effective assignments that I used were based on ideas or resources that other teachers had shared with me. Teacher collaboration not only saves time, and makes work easier, it improves the quality of curriculum. The second domain consists of sites that produce and share free curriculum materials, in a more traditional broadcast model.

7 YouTube channels to spice up your lessons
One of the funniest and weirdest activities you can enjoy with your friends is a so-called YouTube party. Basically, you meet your mates and have regular fun until someone says “I totally have to show you something on YouTube…” And boom, the YT party begins because everyone has seen something to share with friends. And, oh, the depths of the Internet you may visit… If you teach teenagers or digitally aware adults you may enjoy a little YT party as well, just try to moderate the videos presented by students as some of the videos may turn out to be somewhat inappropriate. If you want to avoid potential embarrassment, try to show some EFL-friendly channels.
